clearer complexion. Fragrance-, alcohol- and dye-free, this pH balancing
toner targets residue and sebum, working to keep the skin healthy and
shine-free. It encourages a healthy cell turnover rate, thereby reducing
the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and other visible signs of
aging. The skin is left feeling fresh, soft and smooth.
