Shipping

We ship our orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.  Products in stock are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. In most cases, orders will be received within 1-7 days. If an item is back odered, the entire order will be processed and shipped once the back ordered items are available. Customers will be notified of any backordered items.

Express Shipping is available upon request. Express shipping has a deadline of 10:00 am(Monday) 12:00pm(Tues-Friday). Anything after the deadline will be shipped overnight service on the following day.

Insurance

Shipments are NOT insured unless you request it. If you would like insurance please make a note of it in the comment section during check-out and we will make sure you receive insurance and charged and additional fee from $1.00 and up(depends on shipment value). We will advise you via e-mail the additional cost for insurance so you can authorize that charge on your credit card. We can not be responsible for uninsured shipments. We will do everything possible to locate your shipment but if USPS has lost or left your package in the mailbox and can't be located we can NOT reimburse the cost of the goods.
